Reservations & Check-In

  • Reservations are recommended for weekends and holidays.
  • Weekend bookings require pre-payment at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Weekend reservations include a real-time launch window.

To save time at check-in
  • Complete and sign your waiver in advance download waiver
  • Bring all signed waivers with you or sign in digital version

What to Bring

For a comfortable day on the river, bring:
  • Towel and dry clothes (after your trip)
  • Sunscreen
  • Hat and sunglasses
  • Food and drinks (no glass containers)
  • Water shoes or sandals
  • Dry bag for valuables

Rules

  • Do not hit safety instructions and wear your life jacket.
  • Always follow safety instructions and wear your jacket at all times.
  • Rafts must be used only on the designated river route.
  • If equipment is due to repair — no rides.
  • Do not tie rafts together
  • Equipment is due by 6pm – no later

Alcohol Policy

  • Not allowed during major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
  • Not permitted during large events in high-traffic days.

Please follow all local park regulations.

Age Requirements

  • We require children to be at least 40 lbs. and 5 years old for rafts.
  • You must be at least 12 years old for Kayak, Tube and Paddlebaord rentals.
